JonathandecidestoleaveManolo(whoisheadingtoSpain)andgowithSashatoWestBerlintospendmoretimewithher.JonathanbelievesthatheisinlovewithSasha.There,JonathanandSashacontinuetohavesexandevengotoanOktoberfestbeergathering.Onenight,SashatellsJonathanthatshehastogotoEastBerlintopickupapackage.OnenightafterarrivinginEastBerlin,Sashaleavestheirhotelroomandwalkstodarkstreetcorner.There,SashameetsaGermanmanwhotellsherthelocationofthepickupofherpackage.Meanwhile,SashawasbeingmonitoredbyaSovietagent,whowassittinginacaratadistance.Duringtheday,SashatellsJonathanthatifshegiveshimacertainmessage,itmeansthathehastoleaveEastBerlinimmediately.Atacafe,SashagivesJonathanapackageandsaysthatastrudelisinside.Alittlelater,SashatellsJonathantomeetheratthebutchershopneartheirhotel.Allofasudden,aSovietagentbeginstochaseafterSasha.SashadecidestouseJonathan(whoisholdingherpackage)tounknowinglygetthepackageovertoWestBerlin.Meanwhile,SashaistakenbytheSovietagentandEastGermansecretpolice. TherockgroupsuccessfullygetJonathantotheairport(usingfull-facemakeuptosneakhimpastacheckpoint)andJonathanfinallyarrivesinLosAngelesTomBradleyInternationalAirportandtohisapartment.Soon,VladandabandofSovietagentsarrivetooinLosAngeles.Oncehome,Jonathanstumblesuponafilmcanister,whichwasplantedbySasha.JonathanvisitshisparentsandtellsthemwhathappenedinGermanybuttheycannotbelieveawordofitandthinkJonathanisondrugs.JonathandecidestocalltheFBIthentheCentralIntelligenceAgencyforhelp.Jonathanreturnstofindhisapartmentbrokenintoandlooted.
